We manufacture and export fully automatic oxygen plant and nitrogen plant for cylinder filling with the latest cryogenic distillation technology for high purity oxygen and nitrogen production. The oxygen cylinder filling plants are optimized for efficiency and reliability with our world –class designing. Our engineers have innovated cryogenic process that increases production efficiency and power consumption. Our nitrogen cylinder filling plants are fully automated and consume less power needing minimum maintenance. It is also equipped with a digital display panel that continuously checks out purity of oxygen and shuts if there is a drop in purity. It can also run remote diagnostic check up of the entire plant to see if the plant is working efficiently.

All systems are designed for un-attended operation and automatic Oxygen demand adjustment.

The design and Instrument makes the plant size very compact,assembly on skids,prefabricated from factory.

Start-up time is only 5 minutes to get desired Oxygen purity.So these units can be switched ON&OFF as per Oxygen demand changes.
4). High Reliabiity
Very reliable for continuous and steady operation with constant oxygen purity.Plant availability time is better than 99% always.
5). Molecular Sieves life
Expected Molecular sieves life is around 10-years i.e. whole life time of oxygen plant.So no replacement costs.
6). Adjustable
By altering flow,you can deliver oxygen with precisely the right purity.
